Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a full range of operation on site project, daily operations management, services, maintenances, technical, facility management relationship building with local authorities & tenants as ensuring compliance with PRC legislations
• Assist in the management and reporting of agricultural market issues
• Monitoring and reporting all operating conditions approved farmers market
• Planning and implementation of the new marketing plan
• Monitor the performance of team members for achieving the requirements of projects
• Ensure smooth operations of the team for providing high quality of service

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Property, Construction, Project or Facility Management or related discipline
• 8 years’ experience or above with at least 3 years managerial level with commercial property, mall, wholesale market planning & management
• Proficient in the whole process of site / project operations, with development, management is an advantage
• Experience in PRC commercial projects, mall, wholesale market is highly preferable
• Able to cope with fast changes, tight schedules, diverse environment, and have excellent follow through
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Strong leadership & organization skills with knowledge of PRC legislations
• Good PC knowledge
• PRC management is a MUST
• Station in Henan / Guangxi / Jiangxi / Hubei is required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
