• Handle all necessary customer information and Audit Confirmation as required
• Process inward clearing cheques
• Participate in on-going operation enhancement projects to streamline workflow
• Form 7 with 5 passes of HKCEE (including Chinese, English and Mathematics) or above with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in centralized customer / account information processing and maintenance
• Familiar with banking business and attentive to details

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Information Services Manager.
