Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


  • Assists in the development and implementation of franchising strategies and programs to meet business plans and objectives.
  • Support sales conferences to deliver seasonal direction, follow up closely with franchisees to ensure all execution aligned with regional guideline. 
  • Collects, analyzes, and evaluates sales data and market conditions to generate accurate business forecast and support the brand growth in Asia Pacific franchising countries.
  • Collaborates with internal parties such as the product, marketing, project and VM teams to pull together the business development resources to strengthen brand identity and consistency in the Asia Pacific Region.
  • Oversee ongoing competitive tracking, from marketing as well as business perspectives.
  • Regular market visit to develop business growth plan and groom to be independently manage delegated markets.




Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in business related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in sales or account management, specifically in Asia Pacific market, preferably in fashion apparel or accessory
  • Strong business acumen and numerical sense, and excellent data interpretation and analytical skills
  • Familiar with the franchising & distributor business model and retail knowledge
  • Attention to details. Solid follow-through management skills and able to set goals and finish deliverable on time
  • Dynamic, resourceful, multi-tasked and able to articulate business objectives in a compelling manner and rally others’ support
  • Strong in communicating with people from different background and at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin a must.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Regional Sales Executive
