Job Description

• Provide secretarial & administrative supports to the senior management staff
• Responsible for office administrative work, including, office supplies procurement, non-IT assets maintenance, and overseas traveling and visa arrangement.
• Supporting work for accounting team including issuing quotations and invoices, and processing bank receipts and payments.
• Supporting Logistics team by updating Shipping line information
• Checking / Filling information on shipping document

Requirement

• Associate degree or above, with major in business / Logistics / Food Trading related discipline preferable;
• Experience overseas mandatory
• Mature, high level of integrity, well-organized
• At least 1 year experience in similar position;
• Responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated; responsible; attentive to details; independent; excellent time management, prioritization, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Good command of English and Chinese Putonghua mandatory, both oral and written
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
• Pleasant and cheerful.

Salary

• 10000-12000 HKD (negotiable upon experience )
• 13 month Basis
• Medical Insurance ( after probation period )
• MPF
