Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookkeeping, full set of accounts experience preferred;
• Reconcile inter-company accounts, prepare breakdown schedules;
• Perform bank reconciliation;
• Handle staff expenses and petty cash transactions;
• Assist to prepare analysis reports;
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• LCC higher or equivalent with 1 - 2 year experience;
• High proficiency in PC knowledge (MS Word and Excel, etc);
• Hands-on experience in FlexSystem is an advantage;
• Able to work independently, under pressure and within tight deadlines;
• Detail minded, accurate, responsible and efficient typing;
• Pleasant personality and strong team spirit;
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Immediate available is preferred
