Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Perform daily accounting functions and provide general accounting support
-
Responsible for accounts receivable and payable
-
Prepare monthly report to Management in all accounts activities

Able to handle full set of accounts, month/year end closing and audit schedules etc

Perform any others duties as assigned by supervisors and handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Required Qualification & Experience
-
Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 3 years solid accounting experience
- Proficient in Account Software such as MYOB and ACCPAC
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, English and fast Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of English (Both spoken and written), Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature, well-organized, detailed-minded, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to meet tight deadlines, work independently and under pressure
- Short notice period is preferred
