• Diploma or above;
• At least 2 years related experience;
• Experience in providing customer service via telephone is preferred (not a must);
• Customer Service experience working in logistic company is a plus (not a must)
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• A good team player and able to work under pressure;
• Support sales team to prepare quotations, tender documentations;
• Maintain good relationship with clients and collect customer feedback.

Remarks:

• Monthly salary: HK$9K-12K + discretionary bonus;
• 5-day work;
• Good fringe benefits e.g. medical, bank holiday, etc.
