Responsibilities:

• 製作每月價格報表
• 負責世通系統,分店上網線及電話線之合約管理，聯絡公司進行保養維護
• 因應分店需要更改菜單﹑點心紙稿件及輸入世通電腦系統
• 製作其他報告
• 跟進分店酒席訂金事宜
• 跟進其他婚宴服務事宜
• 跟進分店節慶產品銷售情況及收集分店報告表
• 協助會計部進行部分統計工作
• 使用世通系統更改食品收費及員工資料

The suitable candidates should be of:

• Form 5 or above education level
• 1-2 years solid working experience in catering industry is preferred
• Experience in using Seito Systems is preferred
  
• Good working knowledge in MS Office applications, and Chinese word processing
• Good communication skill and effective data management
• Highly motivated, independent and able to meet tight deadlines
• Immediately available is preferred
