Job Description

  • Outdoor messenger services, post office mailing, cleaning 2 meeting rooms and reception area
  • Excellent manner in greeting visitors and incoming telephone calls
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mails for company and clients
  • Managing office petty cash and stationeries control
  • Preparation and accounting of cheque payments
  • Clerical and administrative support

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Pleasant character, good English and Putonghua
  • Word processing, English and Chinese typing
  • Form 5 or above education, accurate data input skills
  • Book-keeping knowledge and accounting software is preferred
  • Hardworking, willing attitude to learn and assume responsibility
