Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Ÿ  To perform general administrative duties and IT support
  • Ÿ  To prepare the internal and fleet team reports
  • Ÿ  To assist and complete the Invoice processing in tight schedule
  • Ÿ  To assist with the preparation of billing information and processing of credit card transactions
  • ŸŸ  To be flexible and assist the operations team with ad hoc projects where necessary
     

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ÿ  High Diploma or above
  • Ÿ  2 - 3 years experience in handling office administration
  • Ÿ  A confident communicator in English, Cantonese and Mandarin ( both written & spoken)
  • Ÿ  Detail-minded, organizing and is able to work under pressure
  • Ÿ  Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ÿ  Proficiency in MS Office (Wrod, Excel, PowerPoint) & Chinese Word Processing
  • Ÿ  Knowledge and experience in IT support would be an advantage
  • Ÿ  Immediate available preferred
