Responsibilities:-

• Handle full set of accounts and daily book-keeping independently and timely
• Responsible for bank transactions and reconciliations
• Prepare month-end closing and management reports
• Support yearly audit and tax filing
• Work independently and report to group Financial Controller in Shanghai (no travel is required)
• Assist in administrative tasks
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:-

• LCCI higher level / Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 4 years solid experience in handling full set of accounts independently is a must
• Willing to and have experience in administrative support
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be detail-minded, mature, and with accuracy
• Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese wording processing
