DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop, update and improve on financial modeling to project financial performance of the invested projects
2. Prepare financial analysis to support recommendations to senior management in asset management functions
3. Perform background research, market and contract studies for existing projects and potential investment opportunities to determine whether they will meet the corporate’s growth objectives
4. Liaise with internal business units and external parties to complete the assigned tasks
5. Other ad hoc reports, analyses and recommendations to support business decision

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 3 years solid accounting experience preferably gained from MNCs
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline
3. Possess professional qualifications such as ACCA, HKICPA
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with good sense of business
5. Flexible, willing to learn and able to perform multitasks
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different level of people
7. Good command in written and spoken English
8. Proficiency in MS applications especially in Excel and PowerPoint
9. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Commercial Analyst
