• Minimum at F.5 level
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of Retail Management Experience from Luxury Watch brands
• Enthusiasm and ability to build and maintain an environment which projects a high level of taste and sophistication consistent with Ralph Lauren’s lifestyle philosophy
• Ability to guide individuals toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork, motivation and staff development skills
• Excellent in interpersonal & customer service skills with pleasant & outgoing personality
• Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
