Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a courteous reception service.
  • Receive and greet visitors or guests in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries at reception desk.
  • Handle meeting room booking logistics.
  • Handle postal delivery of local and overseas parcels and documents.
  • Provide general administration and clerical support.
  • Ad-hoc assignment is required.

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience.
  • Mature, pleasant, detailed-minded with positive working attitude.
  • Excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skill.
  • Fluency of spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
