Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the departments in taking care of various clerical and general office administration duties
  • Perform filing, record keeping and updating files
  • Handling telephone calls and follow-up action
  • Assist in delivery and logistic works
  • Perform outdoor work is required (Bank,Post Office and more)
  • Support other adhoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 3 years' clerical working experience, preferably in trading/manufacturing industry
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese world processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills with positive and helpful attitude
  • Detail-oriented, organized, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of SAP B1 system will be advantage
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
