Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the departments in taking care of various clerical and general office administration duties
- Perform filing, record keeping and updating files
- Handling telephone calls and follow-up action
- Assist in delivery and logistic works
- Perform outdoor work is required (Bank,Post Office and more)
- Support other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 3 years' clerical working experience, preferably in trading/manufacturing industry
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese world processing
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills with positive and helpful attitude
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of SAP B1 system will be advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
