Responsibilities

• Responsible for all recruitment and selection process
• Explain employment contracts to new employees and conduct orientation program
• Administer employment contracts, leave record, and MPF documentation 
• Communicate with external stakeholders to provide staff benefit package
• Support payroll process in accuracy 

The suitable candidates should have:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or any business disciplines
• 1 year clerical experience in retail, catering or hospitality field 
• Detail-oriented, with a good sense of numbers and a high level of data accuracy
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance and other employment-related regulation
• Good working knowledge in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Chinese word processing
• Highly motivation, independence and ability to work under pressure
