Job description:

l   Follow up sales orders and prepare full set of shipping and banking document independently.

l   Perform daily clerical work, including follow up purchase order for any short or late delivery,

l   Verify the price of invoices from suppliers against their quotation.

l   Providing administrative support to the Merchandising team whereas in HK, China and Overseas Customer for shipment arrangement

l   Closely monitor allocation of stock, warehouse schedules and deliveries and other logistics administration.

l   Solid experience in handling goods transport/ distribution to PRC

l   Experience in logistic of importing goods to PRC is an advantage

l   Ensure up to date database.

Requirement:

l   F.5 with Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain Management

l   3 years working experience in Shipping field is a must

l   Capable in handling full set of I/E shipping document, Tradelink, etc.

l   Skill in Freight cost calculation and with ERP system

l   Able to work independently

l   Good command in English and Mandarin

l   Proficiency in PC application MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.

l   An candidate has more experience will be considered as Senior Shipping Officer.
