Job Description

The job incumbent will report to the Head of Human Resources and will be responsible for the following job duties.

  • Conduct training needs analysis, develop annual training plan and training budget
  • Source external training consultants to conduct tailor-made training programmes for different departments
  • Design and deliver in-house training programmes including soft skills and new hire induction
  • Manage the hiring process of graduate trainees and summer interns including work visa applications
  • Contribute to the Company’s talent development needs
  • Coordinate with and provide support to the head office on the Bank’s Management Trainee Programme as well as other corporate learning and development initiatives
  • Manage the Annual Performance Management exercise
  • Maintain staff training records and handle training subsidy reimbursement
  • Monitor the cost effectiveness of the training budget and overall training resources

Requirements

  • University Degree preferably in Human Resources Management
  • Around 5 years of learning and development experience with financial institutions; experience in hiring graduate trainees and interns a definite advantage
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese with a fluency in Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and presentation skillsProficient at PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, team player with good interpersonal skills
