Job Responsibilities:

• Provide general administration support to the IP team

• Database management

• Assist in trademarks and patents prosecution

• Assist in the prosecution of trademark and patent and renewals

• Handling and preparing relevant papers, document, correspondence for trademark and patent applications

• Conducting searches with regard to IP rights and related issues

• Monitoring and maintaining the progress of the pending applications

• Provide support on various other matters, including copyrights, registered designs

• Assist in translation work occasionally

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• At least 1 years of relevant experience in trademark and patent handlings

• Experience in answering trademark and patent related enquiries is an advantage

• Experience in writing business letters

• Proficient PC skills in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat)

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with proficiency in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese

• Excellent organizational skills, good team player, mature, self-motivated

• Fresh graduate will also be considered, we will provide training
