Responsibilities:

• Assist in full spectrum of HR duties such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations and staff orientation
• Handle payroll, MPF and tax reporting for staff
• Prepare HR documents and reports, letters and notice
• Co-ordinate company events ,trainings and meetings
• To help to implement company HR policy to develop company culture and enhance communication between departments
• Maintaining filing system and other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HRM or business-related disciplines
• Experience in HR and administrative position would be preferable, candidate with less experience would be considered as Human Resources Assistant
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Proactive, responsible, and attentive to details
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work in fast pace
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
