Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in full spectrum of HR duties such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations and staff orientation
- Handle payroll, MPF and tax reporting for staff
- Prepare HR documents and reports, letters and notice
- Co-ordinate company events ,trainings and meetings
- To help to implement company HR policy to develop company culture and enhance communication between departments
- Maintaining filing system and other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in HRM or business-related disciplines
- Experience in HR and administrative position would be preferable, candidate with less experience would be considered as Human Resources Assistant
- Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
- Proactive, responsible, and attentive to details
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work in fast pace
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
