Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations
• Perform the loan processing and administrative duties including conducting loan interviews, data input into the system and loan disbursement
• Assist in payment transaction such as disbursing loan proceeds to customer, handling repayment over the counter and depositing payment receivable to bank
• Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
• Support sales and marketing in product promotion and customer acquisition

Requirements

• Form 5 graduates or above
• At least 1 year working experience in customer services / telesales
• Effective interpersonal skill in customer relationship with excellent telephone manner and service attitude
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
