Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales target by devising and implementing strategic sales plans
- To visit the customers and handle presentation & tender on company products and services
- Maintain good business relationship with new and existing clients
- Monitor and provide timely market information to management
- Leadership of sales team
Requirements :
- Degree in Business Administration or other related discipline
- Minimum 10 years sales management experience, preferably in FMCG, can be F&B products or household products, etc.
- Experience in tender handling or key account management is a must
- Experience in B to B will also be considered
- Experience in supervising a large sale team
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Self-initiative and pro-active working attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
