Responsibilities:

• Liaise with project team members/Consultants in preparing design brief, master programme ,financial budget and obtaining approval
• Responsible for the entire project's development progress, quality and cost control
• Work with all parties to plan and design the project, supervise and monitor the design development and construction progress to ensure the works fulfil all functional ,operational and quality requirements
• Work closely with team members/consultants during tender procurement and control the budget throughout the development process
• Report on progress, financial status and other major issues of the project
• Site visit to monitor the execution of the works

     Requirements:

• Qualified Architects / Engineers / Surveyors with at least 5 years' relevant experience, solid site experience is preferred
• Conversant with property development process,related regulations and legal matters, planning and land issues, contract administration and construction
• Able to work independently and handle large scale and prestigious property development projects  is an advantage
• Self motivated , pleasant , dynamic and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Powerpoint, excel, AutoCAD ..etc.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Immediate or Short Notice available is preferred
