Responsibilities:

• Monitor site progress and safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements
• Coordinate site activities with main-contractors, designers and other relevant parties
• Organize and attend meetings to report progress and resolve any related issues
• Prepare routine reports and site records

Requirements:

• Certificate holder or above, preferable in Building Services / Electrical or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ solid site experiences, preferable in building construction
• Self-motivated, strong problem solving skills and well-organized
• Computer knowledge in MS Office Applications and AutoCad
• Macau citizen or Macau Permanent Resident ID card holder is highly preferred
