Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full set of working drawing with practical detailing experience;
• In producing conceptual design solutions, awareness of and response to the strategic, financial and time planning for projects
• Manage and follow up the whole process of projects from concept stage to completion

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design
• Min. 2 years experience in general. Shopping mall/ office project experiences are essential
• Able to handle sizable projects
• Familiar with the latest retail branding, up-to-date design trends and industry insights
• Creative thinking with passion in design
• Strong project management, presentation and communication skills
• Good sense of responsibility and time management
• Familiar with the development of compelling visual-aided presentation for project bidding, client communication, etc.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, as well as hand sketch skills. Knowledge in 3D rendering like 3D Max, Rhino is a plus
• Self-motivated, self-organized, passionate and positive thinking
• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
• Willing to travel
