Job Description
Key Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible in building customer relationship and related account management, ensuring that customers are satisfy with the services.
- Coordinating service-provisioning & service-onboarding processes, ensuring service delivery in best practices and providing excellent service to customer consistently.
- Conducting reviews with both Internal / External customers to find out usage trends and service needs, opening more business opportunities for the Company.
- Respond to emergency or crisis situations and work with fellow colleagues to implement temporary and long terms solutions. And with use of professional sense to tackle in customer complaints.
- Assist Customer Service Manager in supervising customer service team, ensuring that all operational activities are meet with Company SLA.
- Collecting and analyzing of data or statistics to identify the customer service level.
- Developing Account Serving Management standards, policies, process, procedures and training materials for the organization or department.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Degree Holder in marketing, business discipline or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years experience in account management/customer service
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
- Good analytical & self-motivated
- Quick learner with desire to learn new tools and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a quality service to an international customer base
- Fluent in spoken and written English is essential, high level of proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin
- Holder of CCNA or ITIL would be an advantage
- Require to work on some Saturdays and Sundays.
