Responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing IT infrastructure projects and related activities
• Setup, configure and migrate different application systems at infrastructure level
• Perform project planning and scoping, technical works, monitoring, issue resolution and risk management
• Communicate and cooperate with all stakeholders and vendors effectively
• Provide technical support to offices and stores
• Carry out assigned tasks and projects with good quality and ensure it is completed on schedule

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• 3-years or above experiences in implementing IT projects
• Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure and networking
• Holder of MCITP/ MCP / CCNA is highly preferred
• Proficient in Lotus Notes
• Experience in the following platforms / systems: Microsoft Windows Server Family, Microsoft SQL 2000/2005/2008/2010, Microsoft client windows support, Lotus Notes Domino R6.5/R7/R8, Citrix / VM environment, Cisco networking products
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, at both verbal and written levels
• Good communication, interpersonal, customer interfacing and presentation skills
• Self-initiated to deliver excellent services
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with integrity
• Positive attitude with high sense of responsibility and good analytical skills
