responsibilities:

• Handle daily HR functions (i.e. recruitment, staff administration and staff relations)
• Establish and maintain accurate personnel records information
• Organize staff activities
• Provide office & shop administration & IT support

requirements:

• High Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience as a generalist, providing support to human resources and office administration
• Knowledge in HK employment ordinances & regulations
• Good communication skills, including both English and Chinese
• Independent, meticulous and resourceful
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Familiar in general IT support in advance
• With less experience will be considered as Assistant HR and Admin. Officer
