The Jobs:

• Develop market through establishing connections with architects, interior designers, contractors, famous brands and potential clients
• Track interior design and build project leads in HK, especially interior design/ renovation projects for retails shops, visiting centers, show rooms and offices of high end brands
• Maintain product specifications and sales kit
• Prepare proposals and tenders
• Carry out market Research to identify competitors, key projects and potential partners
• Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and seek new customers to achieve the sales target

Requirements:

• High Diploma holder or above in Engineering or any related discipline
• At least 2 years sales experience, preferable in any of interior renovation, building & construction, construction materials, events & exhibitions, festive decorations or any other related field
• Strong connections with Interior Designers, Architects, Contractors and Famous Brands
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good presentation, communication and PC skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Sales Manager
