Responsibilities:

• To handle customers’ complaints & enquiries, including answering email & phone calls.
• To maintain customer orders.
• To provide administrative support.

Requirement:

• Form 5 or above 
• 1 to 2 years of CS experience is preferred 
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Mandarin 
• Good telephone manner and excellent communication skill. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 
• Chinese typing is a must 
• Job location: Tokwawan
