Job Description
Responsible for achieving sales and gross profit targets through the effective deployment of a team of salespeople within a defined geographical area in Hong Kong
Main Responsibilities
- Work with Managing Director to plan the sales force strategy and tactics in accordance with the company’s goals based on Field Sales Best Practice
- Implement the company's best practice and ensure your team members have the appropriate knowledge, skill and motivation to do their jobs
- Ensure the performance of team members is measured regularly and appropriate actions are taken
- Manage Corporate Accounts to increase the sales by product penetration and gross profit
- Prepare and analyze the sales team reports for Management review
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ relevant sales experience at supervisory level
- Previous sales experience in serving SME accounts or sizable organization with good client networks and sales track records in developing new business
- Strong leadership skills and energetic with strong commitment towards sales target achievement
- Strong communication skills and able to develop strong working relationships with people at all levels
- Strong business sense with analytical abilities
- Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Experience on accompaniment with Sales staff
- Sales Margin Control Experience
