• Knowledge in PC / Network / Database and basic programming skill
• Daily help desk for software / hardware support
• coordinate with equipment providers
• good communication skills and able to work independently
• fixing problems in software/hardware operations
• setting up and testing software/equipment and upgrading existing systems
• housekeeping , reporting and recording problems and their solutions for future reference
  
  

Requirements:

• University Graduate or High Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
• 1-2 years working experience
• Fresh graduate will be considered
