Responsibilities:

• Reports to Sales Director, and job responsibilities cover Hong Kong and Macau
• Promote building security products and solutions to target customers in the buildings, real estate and architecture space
• Identify and influence project decision makers to spec-in building technology products
• Develop and maintain customer relationship, contacting end users and system integrators
• Develop tailored solutions to satisfy customer needs
• Develop strategy to manage and grow the responsible vertical markets
• Create and improve market awareness of building products / technologies
• Identify and regularly contact the major influencers of projects including end users and consultants
• Collect market intelligence to the support team in order to improve product market competitiveness

Requirements:

• 3-6 years working experience as a Sales or Account Manager in the related industry
• Bachelor’s degree or non-degree tertiary in engineering
• Proven ability to develop new business and new customers
• Proven direct sales experience, able to contact and manage relationship with end-users and consultants
• Able to work autonomously with minimum supervision and be enthusiastic, results oriented
• Knowledge in access control, video, intrusion and home system is preferred
• Good presentation and communication skill
• Good verbal and written skills in Cantonese and English
