Job Descriptions:

l  Take the role of Business Consultant for software projects in Hong Kong, Macau and Asia Pacific

l  Involve the Project Management for software projects in Hong Kong, Macau and Asia Pacific

l  Help to define project schedule with technical development team

l  Responsible for translating business requirement to functional requirement.

l  Understand technical limitations and communicate that to the user representatives

l  Drafting function and requirement specification

l  Verify and checking business understanding of development team.

l  Participate in functional test on deliverables

l  Scope and change management

l  Project status reporting

l  UAT support

l  User Training

l  Pre-sales case support (requirement study and provide solution)

l  Product Documentation Preparation (User Manual / Test Case)

l  Report to the Project Manager

Job Requirement:

l  University degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or other technical/business discipline

l  Minimum 3 years of IT experience in user requirements collection, system analysis and system design

l  Strong business sense in process and workflow analysis

l  Excellent analytical and strong interpersonal communication skills

l  Mature, dynamic, self-motivated, team player and able to work under pressure

l  Proficient in written Chinese and English

l  Proficient in spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua

l  DMS and/or Workflow implementation experience is a plus

l  Occasional travel to Macau/Mainland China is required

l  PMP preferred
