Job responsibilities:

• Answer customer hotline enquiries and handle customer complain
• Provide good customer service for maintenance and after-sale service enquiry
• Manage and control the spare parts and showroom stock inventory
• Provide counter services to our customers
• Coordinate with internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction
• Working hours:             9:00am – 6:00pm (Mon – Fri); 9:00am – 1:00pm (Sat)
  

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above with 1-2 years’ relevant experience
• Ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal skill and excellent telephone manner
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good PC Knowledge
• Fresh graduate with the right competency will also be considered
