Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Answer customer hotline enquiries and handle customer complain
- Provide good customer service for maintenance and after-sale service enquiry
- Manage and control the spare parts and showroom stock inventory
- Provide counter services to our customers
- Coordinate with internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction
- Working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm (Mon – Fri); 9:00am – 1:00pm (Sat)
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above with 1-2 years’ relevant experience
- Ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal skill and excellent telephone manner
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good PC Knowledge
- Fresh graduate with the right competency will also be considered
