Key roles and duties

• Approach potential clients to develop new customer base
• Liaise with customers to understand their needs
• Work closely with Commercial Manager to develop and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring the goals for profitable growth
• Handle client's inquiries, quotation and complaints
• Place orders and arrange shipments
• Monthly Sales Report Generation and Analysis
• Provides administrative support in daily operation.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above
• At least 2-3 years of FMCG working experience
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, independent, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
