Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily production operation to ensure high quality and cost efficiency garment are produced
• Implement and monitor tight production planning and schedule to meet the customers’ delivery requirements
• Monitor outsourced production performance
• Provide solutions to manage day-to-day production issues
• Deliver top management budget target such as cost reduction / lean production to drive for continuous improvement on environment, capacity and work flow
• Achieve profitability of the factory through efficient and effective management over costing, quality and timely delivery

Requirements

• Diploma holder in clothing / textile / manufacturing management or above
• At least 10 years’ practical experience at managerial level in the apparel manufacturing industry, with sizable production workforce
• Demonstrate strong leadership, managerial skills, problem solving and decision making techniques
• Mature, independent, well-organized, creative mindset and detail minded
• Good command of both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in computer applications like MS Office / ERP system
• Station in PRC
