• Diploma or above in footwear technology or equivalent disciplines with at least 10 years relevant experience, strong production and quality control technical background
• Technical knowledge of footwear making such as footwear construction, pattern making, mold and last engineering
• Work with both external and internarl business partners during the product development and fitting process
• Well organized, highly responsible, able to work under pressure and time constraint
• To lead and train the QC team in China
• Solid expeience in Ladies' fashion, shoes & hangbag or trendy products
• Good command of both English and Mandarin
• A mature team builder and player
• Frequency travel to China is needed
