Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support with dealers in HK and China such as ES / CBS product price request, brochure / presentation material arrangement;
  • Provide basic ES / CBS technical support;
  • Provide Asia team support such as logistic coordination; sales pipelines consolidation; material      arrangement;
  • Organize general ES / CBS product briefing to the dealers or end clients if necessary;
  • Prepare Presentation / Lunch & Learn / Seminar Support and arrangement on Global Accounts / A&D Sections;
  • Participate in marketing activities such as events and exhibitions preparation; advertisement and media support;
  • Provide general pre-sales / after-sales support;
  • Develop, implement and maintain on-site inspection if necessary; and
  • Perform customer care service such as handling complains or product issues;
  • Assist in simple goods delivery and demo installation if necessary; and
  • Assist in any other tasks that the Supervisor will delegate from time to time.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • At least 2 years sales support related experience;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with a wide range of people both within and outside the company;
  • Sincere, passion, active, aggressive, hard-work and willing to learn;
  • Excellent organizational skill and time management; and
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
