Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support with dealers in HK and China such as ES / CBS product price request, brochure / presentation material arrangement;
- Provide basic ES / CBS technical support;
- Provide Asia team support such as logistic coordination; sales pipelines consolidation; material arrangement;
- Organize general ES / CBS product briefing to the dealers or end clients if necessary;
- Prepare Presentation / Lunch & Learn / Seminar Support and arrangement on Global Accounts / A&D Sections;
- Participate in marketing activities such as events and exhibitions preparation; advertisement and media support;
- Provide general pre-sales / after-sales support;
- Develop, implement and maintain on-site inspection if necessary; and
- Perform customer care service such as handling complains or product issues;
- Assist in simple goods delivery and demo installation if necessary; and
- Assist in any other tasks that the Supervisor will delegate from time to time.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines;
- At least 2 years sales support related experience;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with a wide range of people both within and outside the company;
- Sincere, passion, active, aggressive, hard-work and willing to learn;
- Excellent organizational skill and time management; and
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
