Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of shop
• Maintain the high quality standard of customer service so as to enhance the store image
• Supervise the sales team to achieve sales target
• Ensure company guidelines and procedures are executed in right manner

 Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 5 years retail operations experience with 3 years in supervisory position
• Strong management and analytical skills
• Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
