Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO
• Responsible for scheduling and managing the calendar for the management
• Prepare travel and hotel arrangement
• Assist CEO in handling daily correspondence and email communication
• Assist senior management on project coordination and implementation
• Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

•  University graduate, with 3 - 5 relevant secretarial experience in serving senior to top management
•  Excellent time management and detail-minded in organizing business work
•  Fast-learning, self-motivated, detail-oriented, efficient, mulit-task and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CWP
•  Excellent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
•  Immediate availability is highly preferred
