Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO
- Responsible for scheduling and managing the calendar for the management
- Prepare travel and hotel arrangement
- Assist CEO in handling daily correspondence and email communication
- Assist senior management on project coordination and implementation
- Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- University graduate, with 3 - 5 relevant secretarial experience in serving senior to top management
- Excellent time management and detail-minded in organizing business work
- Fast-learning, self-motivated, detail-oriented, efficient, mulit-task and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CWP
- Excellent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
