Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a business partner in all Human Resources matters
• Review and enhance company policies and practices with compliance to employment related ordinances, review and re-design HR and administration related business processes where appropriate
• Responsible for HR support include but not limited to C&B management, payroll calculation, leave administration, employee relations, performance management, etc.
• Advise on Occupational Safety and Health issues and handle Employee Compensation cases
• Provide full spectrum of office administration duties. Example: procurement of office equipment and supplies, office security, insurance renewal, repair and maintenance of furniture & fixtures etc.
• Coordinate and negotiate with external parties, like building management office, service contractors and suppliers
• Perform ad-hoc projects as and when required

Requirements :  

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or other relevant discipline
• Minimum 4 years proven HR and admin experience, preferably gained from retail industry
• Solid knowledge in HR standards, practices and labor legislations, knowledge in Macau employment ordinance would be an advantage but not a must
• A change agent, resilience and with positive mindset
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Sound PC skills and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR & Admin Officer
