Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales team administration.
• Monitor the activities of individual sale.
• Pass on instructions from director to individual member of sales team.
• Read sales reports and make summary to director.
• Take minutes of sales meeting.
• Prepare marketing materials and supporting documents.
• Update customer information in database.
• Assist in visiting customers.
• Responsible for general office administration works.
• Carry out duties and works assigned by directors.

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above.
• At least 2 years working experience at similar nature of works.
• Positive “can-do” attitude.
• Eager to learn and take up responsibility.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Can work under pressure with tight deadline schedule.
• Honest and loyal to company.
• Can communicate with spoken English and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is preferable.
• Working on one Saturday morning for every month is required.

Salary and Prospect:

After successfully completion of 3 months probation period, we will offer mid year and year end bonus which makes up to totally 14 months salary per year.

After completion of 1 year employment with the performance achieved more than 85% of the works assigned, we will offer at least 10% increase of the second year salary.

Candidate with good performance can be promoted to Assistant to Director.
