Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing purchasing transactions & activities, e.g. purchase orders and documents follow up
• Assist support sourcing activities and negotiating with new vendors
• To monitor performance of suppliers to make sure all supplies are delivered in timely, accurate in an equality manner
• Responsible for product sourcing, price negotiation and vendor coordination
• Responsible for expediting PO and monitoring deliveries
• Update orders and shipments information for Sales / CS Department
• Reviewing and checking order acknowledgments against requirements
• Handle ad hoc projects when assigned

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above with at least 3-5 years relevant experience., Food or Garment industry related Preferred but not necessary
• Proactive and good communication skills
• Self-Initiative, aggressive, independent, logical, hard-working, well-organized, willing to learn, able to work under pressure
• Good command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Travel to China or oversea countries when necessary
• Immediate available is highly preferable
