Reporting to the Import Manager, the successful candidate is responsible for assisting the ARO commercial management and HO line Management in manage idle in full in Asia Region.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement proper measures in monitoring idle in full in Asia;
• Coordinate with logistics among agencies to manage immobile and unavailable equipment in Asia;
• Coordinate each of inbound team members for long Idle full units supervision in agencies, and work out a eventual commercial solution with all related parties;
• Ensure up-to-date of all relevant market information and business documents on new regulations;
• Prepare reports and analysis covering the state of the idle and ensue target has achieved;
• Push for idle full revenue D&D and storage collection by finding concrete, quick and efficient solutions to get equipment back to CMA CGM group;
• Minimize the idle full volume units in Asia and average time compared to average first half 2013;
• Any other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Shipping / Logistics or related discipline;
• 3 years' working experience preferably in regional / principal level in shipping industry;
• Solid knowledge in managing idle full is preferred;
• Good business acumen, assertive, self-motivated, with tenacious and able to handle multi-tasks, work independently and under pressure; 
• Available for on site trip in Asia;
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese;
• Mandarin is a must.
