About the Role:

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager (Asia), this role is responsible for working with third party providers to support Hong Kong daily operations for retail stores and wholesale customers, handling all inbound and outbound shipments and other supply chain activities as required.

The role will work closely with the third party providers to oversee daily operations and will have a strong focus on operational processes and ongoing performance measurement.

You will be responsible for and ensure:

• The effective supervision of daily operations to maintain agreed service levels and ensure supply continuity through effective stock replenishment process and logistics services.
• Monitor Jurlique retail store inventory levels to maintain optimum stock levels, support planned business activity and replenish orders and deliveries as appropriate
• Coordinate and participate in monthly inspections and audits at retails stores
• Follow up sourcing, procurement and delivery for distribution supplies
• Reporting for Hong Kong Markets and third party suppliers
• Monitor third party suppliers performance through regular auditing and quality inspections and ensuring effective inventory control practices are maintained
• Oversee all shipments inbound and outbound
• Assist in managing give pack assembly process
• Supply Chain: Assist in execution of distribution requirement planning orders
• Work closely with the Jurlique customer service team to coordinate and oversee inbound shipments

To be successful in this role you will posses:

• A focused attention to detail, and a high level of energy and professionalism
• Experience gained within a FMCG, Healthcare, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical environment
• A working knowledge of Warehousing & Distribution in a similar industry in HK
• Experience on retail store replenishment
• Experience or exposure to Quality Assurance is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Computer skills with advanced Excel and work skills
• Prior experience utilising JE Edward or SAP
