Finance Manager

Our client is a well-known listed company which is a fast growing corporation. It offers comprehensive products and services which cater the needs of Premium clients. 

Building on their rich and successful management experience, they strive to expand their business and are now looking for high-calibers who want to develop customer service skills to join the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute, organize, coordinate and interpret global accounting and consolidation activities, internal control functions, account analysis/reconciliation, financial policies and procedures, and will report to the Financial Controller.
• Liaison with internal and external auditors
• Participate in finance, tax, and corporate governance and other ad hoc issues and projects
• Produce, review and present monthly consolidated statutory and management reports and key performance indicators etc on a timely basic

 Job Requirements::

• Degree or above in Accounting with CPA qualification
• 5-7years experience in accounting including at least 3 years of Big Four Audit experience
• Solid accounting consolidation experience in Asia Pacific including compliance with GAAP
• Experience in leading the global team regarding policy / procedure standardization
• Strong time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding and possessed up-to-date knowledge on changes of Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standard (HKFRS) 
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skill and good business acumen
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
