Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly enthusiastic individual to join a successful property investment business and be part of an efficient team delivering high quality finance related support. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day financial and fund administration activities of the Asset Management business line.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small team to handle a full set of accounts
• Prepare timely management accounts and analysis reports
• Prepare cash flow report, forecast and monitor daily treasury operations
• Contribute to the preparation of the annual budgeting process and operate within it
• Implement, monitor and review internal control and accounting system in accordance with the Group’s policies and Regulatory requirements
• Act as the main point of contact to liaise with auditors, lawyers & external administrations
• Maintain and handle company secretarial records and tax related matters
• Work closely with Investment Directors on private equity projects
  
  

Qualifications, Experience, & Abilities in the following

• Degree holder in Finance & Accounting with professional qualification
• Min 8 years relevant working experience in Private Equity or Fund Industry
• Strong analytical mind and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Detail-minded and self-motivated, stable, mature and multi-tasks
• Experience in SUNS system is definitely an advantage
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Immediate availability is preferred
