Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a bright and highly enthusiastic individual to join a successful property investment business and be part of an efficient Finance team delivering high quality finance and accounting support to the business. Ensures effective communications and relationships between internal clients and team members are maintained. The role is full-time permanent newly created position, and is involved in a significant part of the finance and accounting process.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable daily transactions
• Monitor daily & monthly cash position and arrange payment
• Familiar with electronic payment process (e. g. HSBC Net)
• Data input and posting
• Assist in month end closing and preparation of accounting schedules
• Assist in preparation of management analysis
• Prepare general accounting records for small companies
  
  

Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Abilities in the following

• Diploma in Accounting or above with LCC&I Higher Certificate or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in accounting
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Experienced in using Sun Accounting System
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel, plus general working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Passionate, optimistic, and has internal inspiration to get things done 
• Strong sense of responsibility able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as Assistant Accountant
