Job Description

• Provide secretarial & administrative supports to the senior management staff
• Supporting work for accounting team including issuing quotations and invoices, and processing bank receipts and payments.
• Supporting Logistics team on container booking and Follow up document release
• Supporting Logistics team by updating shipping line information on ERP
• Receive shipments Advise and ensure communication with customers and suppliers
• Trace, track , containers ordered
• Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Interact with third party logistics service providers
• Audit freight cost and documentation follow up
• Ensure all payments are processed in time
• Assist customers with inquiries
• Create packing lists and update shipment information in database
• Organize files both manually and electronically

Requirement

• Associate degree or above, with major in business / Logistics / Food Trading related discipline preferable;
• Experience overseas mandatory
• Mature, high level of integrity, well-organized
• At least 2 year experience in similar position;
• Responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated; responsible; attentive to details; independent; excellent time management, prioritization, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Good command of English and Chinese Putonghua mandatory, both oral and written
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
• Pleasant and cheerful.

Salary

• 10000 to 13000 HKD ( Negotiable upon experience)
• 13 month Basis
• Medical Insurance after probation period
• MPF
